Application information
When needed for an application, we may receive academic records, certificates, transcripts, CVs, test scores, passport or identity documents, and financial or sponsor documents. We may also receive student images for future reference and marketing.

We also use retained student details and images for marketing and future reference, and use website information to improve our services.

We may share information as needed for your application with universities, colleges, scholarship providers, embassies, visa authorities or authorised application partners. Hosting, email and analytics providers may process information in providing their services. We use SmartComm.ai, operated by Sigma Solutions, to manage enquiries and student records. Retention and security
We keep application information while we process the student’s application. Afterwards, we retain the student’s name, email, university, country and images for future reference and marketing. Contact us for information about retention or to request deletion.
Website data and cookies
The website and its service providers may receive IP address, device and browser information, pages visited and referral information. We use Google Analytics and Umami to understand website usage. Umami custom events exclude form answers, contact details and search terms. Short-lived first-party cookies support form recovery and confirmation. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking cookies may affect website functions.
